Istituto di Moda Burgo with the inscription no. 811 of 12/19/2013 is entered in the register of accredited operators for training by the Lombardy Region, according to the Decree of the Regional Council n. 2412 of 26.10.2011 and executive decrees.

Istituto di Moda Burgo adopts the Code of Ethics, especially as a bill of rights and moral duties, with a view of social responsibility, which should govern, without exception, all members of the same organization (managers, employees, consultants, partners, and suppliers) in both internal and external relationships and for the achievement of the Company Mission.

Supervisory Body

Istituto di Moda Burgo, in order to monitor the compliance and the updating of the Management System of the Administrative Responsibility / Organizational Model 231, set up a special board, explicitly required by Legislative Decree 231/01, entitled “Supervisory Body” (SB). The SB responds to the Administrative System and performs all the support activities and investigations necessary to accomplish the work of the same system.

Lectra

Our Institute is a Lectra privilege partner. The fashion schools which are partners Lectra are about a thousand in the world, but only a few can claim to be privilege partners and Istituto di Moda Burgo is one of them.

Our Institute boasts collaborations and relationships with schools and universities around the world, such as Sasada Institute in Japan, Inifd in India, University of Shenghen in China, Fashion Lab School in Korea and with many other institutions such as the City of Milan, the Province of Milan, the Lombardy Region and the “Artisans Union” of Milan. Director FERNANDO BURGO

The constant presence of our director among the classrooms for daily monitoring of our students’ progress is a guarantee for our students. The work done by Fernando Burgo with the Burgo Fashion Institute was awarded with Ambrogino d’Oro 2014 (Civic Benemerenza of Milan) because thanks to him, our Fashion Institute, with offices throughout Italy and in many foreign countries, teaches the foundations of stylistic creation and tailoring to thousands of students around the world, creating work and giving prestige to a Milan record.

Fashion know how

The education quality consists in the practice training which plays an important role in ALL courses of Istituto di Moda Burgo. Workshops for example cover the 80% of Dressmaking and Pattern Making programs. This is possible because there are only 9 students per teacher. During the year, in fact students can project collections and create outfits as the designers do in real fashion companies. The institute receives hundreds of job and internship offers because companies prefer to hire new resources to work effectively from the first job experience, as our students who are more competitive.
